Most well problems start small and quiet. A pressure tank loses its air, a motor starts to strain, a toilet runs all night. Nobody notices until the pump burns out, and then it’s a new pump, an emergency call, and days without water.
Welly watches for the early signs and tells you while the fix is still small.

A licensed plumber or electrician wires Welly at the pressure switch. One brief power interruption, no plumbing, and the well cap stays closed.

Before they leave, your installer confirms the pump reads correctly, connects Welly to your Wi-Fi, and pairs it to your account by scanning the code on the panel.

If the internet drops
Your pump keeps running normally. If the internet or the power goes out, it works exactly as it did before Welly, and Welly reconnects on its own. It joins the property’s existing Wi-Fi, with no hub and no separate data plan.
It needs a usable Wi-Fi signal wherever the panel is mounted, often the well house or basement.

Does Welly change how my pump works?
No. It reads the circuit that already tells your pump when to run. If Welly goes offline, the pump runs as it always has.

Do I need Wi-Fi at the well?
Yes. Welly uses the property’s existing Wi-Fi and needs a usable signal where the panel is mounted.
